Justin was exactly who I needed. My relatively new HVAC was throwing errors for months. The original installed company came out 5 times and still didn’t fix it. Justin was my first face to face encounter with this company. He was very professional, unusually knowledgeable for his age, clearly understood my problems and frustration, and even pitched in on a completely unrelated side project I was struggling with and admitted he wanted a plumber, agreed the two parts I wanted to connect shouldn’t connect, and o with a bit of guidance, found the correct part and a simple way to make it work. Yes, I am a real human. Yes, this is a grossly glowing review, and true. I understand Justin is new to this company. My wish is he climbs quickly up the pay scale and sticks around.

I went through 3 different companies before I found these guys. Nobody seemed to want to fix my ac or install a new system. Peter himself answered the phone after hours and got a tech out the next day. No charge for second opinion on diagnosis left by other companies.
All of their techs were professional. I ended up getting a whole new system from them. They got me installed just a few days after their first visit.

Dr P’s staff always does a phenomenal job. The last few times Dustin has provided service. He calls prior to arriving. Shows up on time. Explains issue and options. Very thorough. Always cleans up when the job is complete. Highly recommend.
