I called Dr. P after a previous HVAC company visited my home and boy did I receive completely opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to service. The “other guys” visited my home for a few minutes, brought zero tools for leak detection, and said it looked “good” after collecting their service fee.
Dr. P listened, found the root cause, and offered a number of solutions that ranged from high end, to moderate, to cost effective. Mike and Sterling were on my side and earned a repeat customer today. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. P to friends, family, or coworkers.

Had a breakdown through out the night. Woke up to a house that was almost 80 degrees. After a few calls to other companies and not being able to get in until tomorrow or later.
Dr. P’s came through. From the scheduling with Gracie to the tech Kyle. Everything was flawless. Gracie called to “check-in” and we were expecting the phone call of we can’t make it today. Man we were wrong. Called to inform us that a cancellation had just happened and a tech was on his way. Perfection send him on over.
Kyle arrived, very prompt and thoughtful. Got straight to business after explaining what I had heard a few days ago. Here a matter of minutes and found the problem. Even went above and beyond on his fair quote. Repairs were approved and we even signed up for the Health Care Club. Kyle went did the job and described everything and proceeded to check the system after his repair.
Could not be happier with the decision to call, get it scheduled and repaired. Thank you all again.

Sterling was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
Sterling came out and went above and beyond what was required. After he left I definitely had a better understanding of HVAC in general and it showed clear as day that he actually cared about his work.
