Dr. P’s was able to fit us in when our heating element stopped working and no one else was answering their after-hours on-call lines. Justin was prompt when coming out to diagnose and provide a recommendation and Mark did a thorough job replacing our inducer motor so now we have heat again!

I am super grateful for the affordable and professional inspection and house vent duct cleanings, we’ve had last 2 yrs. The tech identified a gas leak near our furnace.
When LG&E tech came by, even after repairs, a whole new gas pipe with multiple connectors changed, there was still a gas leak. In all ~4 gas leaks identified. YIKES! We hadn’t noticed a smell or anything!
Very grateful for the safety pickup from a “routine” but very value and safety-added HVAC service w/ duct cleaning. Thank you for keeping my family safer! Appreciative of all your help!

I'll use Dr P's for all my HVAC needs. My furnace wasn't working properly. Justin came out, discovered the problem and presented my options of which I chose replacement. Justin and Mark came for the install and quickly replaced my furnace. They were both friendly and professional. Justin was able to answer my questions. I would strongly recommend calling Dr P's before deciding to go with another HVAC company.
Dr P's replaced an HVAC system in my home. Technician called while on his way to my house to let me know when he would arrive. Work was thoroughly completed in a timely manner and all old parts & pieces were removed and space was cleaned up nicely. Definitely did a good job for me.
