From start to finish these guys did a great job. They were easy to communicate with and offered very reasonable rates. We shopped around for different quotes when our furnace went out and we were not only please with the price, but also the most pleased with the professionalism and friendly attitude of the guys at Dr. P’s. Justin, Trent, and Kyle all did a great job and even the receptionist over the phone was very sweet. I’ll definitely recommend Dr P’s to friends!
I have delt with several guys from Dr. P. on the repair of my units. Mark, Kyle, Trent, Justin were all very great to deal with, very professional. Willing to work out the problems I had - discuss my options. Finally figured out a solution together and got it fixed. I applauded their efforts in this complicated problem I had.
