I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. P’s HVAC. They do great work, their prices are very reasonable, and they’ve always been honest about what actually needs to be done. I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
The office staff is also great. They’re friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes scheduling and everything else simple.

Dr.P's has been an excellent local family owned company to work with. Last summer both HVAC units in my home went kaputt about a month apart. It was midsummer and extremely hot out. They responded fast each time, sometimes calling me back after hours if I had left a message with a more emergent problem. During the entire process I was met with understanding and compassion during a very stressful time. Grace is an MVP. She is always able to answer questions or find the answer and get back to you quick with a thorough answer. Melissa has also been very helpful and always has a kind word when I have talked to her with scheduling. The owners of this company are experienced in their roles, thorough as well as quite compassionate. Everyone I have met in their employment during home visits has always been professional and seemingly well versed in their career as well as respectful to my home when here. Today I had my first yearly maintenance on the two new units installed in the fall and the technician, Dakota, who did the visit was informative, helpful, and great at communicating with me throughout the appointment.

I can't speak highly enough of this company as well as every one of their techs that I've ever come in contact with. And Kyle is no exception. He was delightful , pleasant, kind, friendly, as well as courteous and knowledgeable and he spent a significant amount of time cleaning out our dryer vent so that my parents home is safe. We've been with Peter since about 2020. I love supporting local businesses. And they honor their veterans. That's a big deal.
