About five years ago I first called Dr. P's to fix our broken down HVAC system. The experience with Peter was positive and I remembered to call them back when the system broke down again five years later. Technician Justin came out and diagnosed the issue. He presented various options to us. The system is over 22 years old and we decided to purchase a new system. The system works great. They even came out on short notice (even on Sunday) to help dial in the system when a minor issue came up. For us, the best part of the purchase is that we purchased from a trust-worthy company that we can count on when we need them most. Dr. P's exceeded my expectations and I'm glad I purchased from them. I recommend you call them.
David rocks, he went out of his way to try and diagnose my AC issue along with providing the BEST relief possible in the mean time from this sudden heat wave. He hooked up a portable AC unit until the root cause could be thoroughly investigated. The call center was also awesome with communication.

David and owner Peter were very helpful, thoughtful, respectful and honest. And their pricing was more than reasonable especially considering the extra time and effort they put in.
